Why Cash Based model?
Cash-based physical therapy empowers you to take control of your healthcare journey like never before. With transparent pricing and direct payment options, you have full visibility into the cost of services and the freedom to prioritize your health and well-being without the constraints of insurance limitations. This direct payment model also fosters a stronger therapeutic alliance between you and your therapist, allowing for more meaningful engagement and collaboration throughout your treatment.
Say goodbye to pain and hello to a brighter, more mobile future with cash-based physical therapy at home.
Do I need a script from a doctor?
While a script can be helpful, it is not required to be evaluated and start physical therapy services in North Carolina due to Direct Access legislation, patients can receive evaluations and treatments directly from a licensed physical therapist (PT) without needing a doctor's prescription or referral. This means anyone can visit a physical therapist whenever they choose.
What types of health insurance do you accept?
At Resurgenc Physical Therapy, we are a fee-at-time-of-service clinic, which means our therapists are considered out-of-network providers. Please review your individual insurance policy to determine what that means for you. We do provide our patients with an invoice, which can be submitted to your insurance agency for reimbursement of services provided.
